Finding the right piece of jewellery to honour a loved one can be over whelming and confusing with so many to choose from. This is why I have  created a little section on my website with simple instructions helping you to navigate my site easier and with confidence.

STEP 1 - Choose your memorial piece. Each listing will have a series of drop down boxes to fill in including colours, name of loved one and sizing options etc. If you'd like to view the colours, these can be found by scrolling through the images on each listing. At the end of the images you'll find two colour charts that have colours or codes for each colour. The colours or codes can be inputted in the colour section of the drop down menu on each product.

Additional information can be sent to my via email along with your order number once your order has been placed. If you require any information prior to ordering please feel feel free to contact my via my website chat or email.

STEP 2 - Add to cart along with the inclusion kit. Once you have your jewellery items/items added to your cart, please proceed to your basket and checkout with your preferred method of payment.

STEP 3 - Once your order has been placed, I will send you an inclusion kit please send your inclusion kit back to the address provided inside the kit. We recommend sending these via a tracked service and will notify you once this have been received. (Please see T’s&C’s for more info) From this point it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to create your piece and send it to you, along with any inclusion we do not use.

Please note the turn around time is an estimate time only and when working with something so bespoke and precious patience is very much appreciated.
